The first ice cream and coffee shop BOSKO, specializing in artisan ice cream, opened in 2015 in the centre of Lublin and immediately became the most popular and the most visited ice cream shop in the region.
During our first year we gained recognition and appreciation that only grows with each year, best proven by the now legendary queues to our shops in many cities.
What is our secret? We treat our clients in the same way we would want to be treated. Right from the beginning our aim has been to please our clients and use the best products to guarantee the unique taste of our ice cream. Our huge portion sizes, with 120 grams each, mean that each client leaving BOSKO is fully satisfied.

We believe that special ice cream needs special coffee, which is why we serve coffee from specially selected beans that guarantee captivating rich flavour and aroma. That’s why our shops offer specialy sepected coffee beans which guarantee depth of the flavour and an unforgettable aroma.
The perfect complements to our menu are ice desserts and waffles that surely can now be considered our second speciality.
